With reference to the Notification which
Enclosure No3 to my despatch No23 of
the 13th November, and that which formed the only Enclosure to my despatch No183 of the 22th ulto last
month, I have the honor to submit copies of a series
of correspondence, which has passed between the Land Committee that was nominated in the
former Notification and myself, on the subject
of the tenure and Sale of Crown Lands in this Colony, and the result of which correspondence will, I trust, be satisfactory to Her Majesty's Government.
With my despatch No 30 of the 22th
